Obama and friends are going nuts over Palin's comment about Obama palling around with terrorists Bill Ayers. They cry guilt by association and point out Obama was only eight years old when Ayers was a terrorist. When Obama actually worked with Ayers and when Ayers kicked off Obama's political career by hosting a fundraiser for Obama the terrorist was just a guy around the neighborhood, they explain.
And therein lies the problem with Obama and friends: they don't understand that once a terrorist, always a terrorist. If you find out your co-worker was a unrepentent murder, would you go to his cocktail parties? The issue is not that Obama knew Ayers, or even worked with Ayers, but that Obama would just ignore Ayers' past. What Obama should have done was tell Ayers: Buddy, I'm forced to work with you, but let me be clear, you're an asshole so don't try to fundraise for me or support me or have anything to do with me, because if I see you outside of work I'm goiing to kick your ass back to 1960. Of course Obama only denounced Ayers when he ran for President. Just another example of Obama the politician. No change here.
