- Buy a bicycle and bike some trails
- Do hydrotherapy/contrast showers
- Keep to a nightly skin regimen
- Drink 80 ounces of water every day
- Talk to family more
- Eat smaller, denser meals
- Go to more museums and artistic events
- Listen to more music, less sports talk radio
